Day to Day

Drive occupancy growth by managing inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and securing move-ins for our Assisted Living community
Build strong referral relationships and represent the community as a trusted senior housing resource through outreach, events, and market engagement
Execute sales and marketing plans and consistently meet activity and move-in goals using CRM tools to track leads and conversions
Partner with the Executive Director and community team to coordinate move-ins, communicate occupancy changes, and ensure excellent customer experience
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while supporting staff training and sales best practices

Qualifications

1–3 years of senior living sales experience required
At minimum 18 years of age or older required
High School Diploma or GED required
Fluent English required
