What You'll Do

  • Perform general repairs, routine upkeep, and preventative maintenance throughout the community
  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests and assist with safety procedures, including fire drills
  • Keep essential systems running smoothly, including lighting, plumbing, and basic equipment
  • Document completed work and assist during inspections or regulatory reviews as needed
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines while working in a physically active role requiring attention to detail

What You'll Need

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 6 months to 3 years of maintenance experience (required)
  • Experience in senior living environments preferred
  • Fluent English required
