What You'll Do

Perform general repairs, routine upkeep, and preventative maintenance throughout the community
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and assist with safety procedures, including fire drills
Keep essential systems running smoothly, including lighting, plumbing, and basic equipment
Document completed work and assist during inspections or regulatory reviews as needed
Adhere to all safety guidelines while working in a physically active role requiring attention to detail

What You'll Need

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED (required)
6 months to 3 years of maintenance experience (required)
Experience in senior living environments preferred
Fluent English required
