What You’ll Do

  • Help residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Keep the environment safe and comfortable while respecting each resident’s dignity, choices, and independence
  • Watch for changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition, document the care you provide, and update nursing staff
  • Support residents with higher care needs, using patience and compassion to promote comfort, engagement, and emotional well-being
