As a Medication Technician at Novellus Clairemont, you’ll assist with medication services and give personalized care to residents. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of caregivers and nurses who take pride in keeping residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.

What You’ll Do

Assist with medication following community policies and nursing direction
Record medication administration and resident observations accurately and on time
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the clinical team
Help with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene
Keep the environment clean, comfortable, and secure for residents
Partner with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional care

What You’ll Need

Previous medication technician experience in senior living (required)
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
